10 Remedies To Clean The Colon Fast

There are easy remedies to clean the colon fast, which is good, but remember that it’s long persistent cleaning of the colon that really digs deep and cleans out the “cesspools” of toxins in the GI tract

Here are my top 10 methods to get colon cleansing action going within hours:

1. Aloe vera juice

Aloe vera juice is incredibly healing and detoxifying to the GI tract. This herb is safe even for babies. Drink ½ cup three times a day, and expect your colon to gently release its contents.

2. Prune Juice

Prune juice is an older method, but it’s still a good one. Drinking up to 16 ounces during the course of a few hours acts like a roto-rooter. Be close to a bathroom if you’re using this method. Don’t  do it on a 10-hour driving trip or airplane ride unless you bring a change of clothes!

3. A cup of cascara sagrada tea with peppermint (not the candy)

Taking 25 billion cfu (colony forming units) daily is a minimum. Try increasing it to 40-50 billion

4. A coffee enema

Making a coffee enema means brewing up 2 quarts strong coffee (not espresso) and first emptying the colon with a few quarts of water. Then you use the coffee in the enema bag. It works directly on the liver and gall bladder, which release the stool.

5. One quart of water in the morning as soon as you wake up

When it comes to emptying out the colon, you have to ask the question, is the colon just dehydrated? Often it is, and that shuts off colon motility.

There is a quick remedy:  drink a quart of water in the morning as soon as you wake up. Understand that you don’t have to drink it all fast. Sip it, ½ cup at a time over 15 minutes. Let your body absorb the water. Then stay close to the bathroom. One patient of mine does this daily and has three bowel movements in 40 minutes, guaranteed.

6. Fiber from foods – pears, apples, blackberries, avocado, black beans, lentils, and okra, and one large 2-quart salad

Most people simply don’t eat enough fiber in their diet. They need more. The 7 highest fiber foods are listed here in this high fiber sample diet menu:

  • Breakfast: Omelet with lentils, celery, onions, garlic, and avocado on the side. Pear as a side dish.
  • Lunch: 2-quart salad with salad dressing and protein
  • Dinner: Protein food with 1-cup black beans and 1-cup okra. Apple for dessert.

You’ll see bowel movements like you haven’t seen in years!

7. Probiotics

Taking 25 billion cfu (colony forming units) daily is a minimum. Try increasing it to 40-50 billion

8. Dandelion tea or dandelion tea with milk thistle

Dandelion works on the liver and gallbladder, and the result may be a bowel movement. It’s best to use this method along with another on the list.

9. Slippery elm herb mixed in with applesauce

This is great for constipation, and for those who don’t eat enough fiber. Slippery elm provides bulk to the stool. Mix 1 heaping tablespoon into ½ cup applesauce, preferably unsweetened. You may add cinnamon.

10. Senna and peppermint tea

This is a great way to get your bowel movements back to normal, and it’s one you can count on. The dosage is one-teaspoon senna herb with one-teaspoon peppermint herb in a cup of boiling water. Let it steep and then drink. It’s a pleasant tasting tea so you won’t have any difficulty getting it down the hatch.  Expect an explosive type of bowel movement soon. However, results vary depending on how sluggish your colon is right now.

It’s most important that you USE this information that you just learned. Create a new plan for your colon to get back on track. Start with a quick purge using any of these methods for three days; then switch over to a colon cleanse supplement and a good probiotic. Then a week later, add a parasite cleanse supplement. You’ll get a full cleanse that you won’t have to doubt. It’s always a great day when your bowels are working as they should.

Ancient Greek physician Hippocrates once stated that “all disease begins in the gut.”

Knowing what we now know about modern medicine -- he may have been onto something.

If you’re struggling with feelings of tiredness or sluggishness, and your doctor has ruled out any significant health issues, it may be time to take a closer look...at your colon.
