Returns Policy

Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Q. Is this a product to be taken only 30 day or can be taken continuously?

A. Depending on how severe your Candida is you can use this product for more than 30 days. We have some customers who use the product ongoing as a preventative to future Candida outbreaks.

Q. Is this product the same as CandidaGo? It almost got the same ingredients. Is this a Scam?

A. No, CandidaGo is a product of Vitaana Health while CandidaGone is by Nutracraft, these are 2 different companies. We contract a manufacturer for CandidaGone, so it is possible that the other company might have contracted the same company and possibly used the same formula as our CandidaGone.

If their label says it has the same ingredients then it should have those ingredients. But we can't comment on how or where they have had their product made, or if they had their product manufactured in GMP and FDA registered facility like we have.
